Our senior Clinical Audiologist, Yin Chen has been professionally practicing in the field of Audiology for more than 15 years. She is a full member of the Audiological Society of Australia and completed her Masters of Clinical Audiology in Melbourne University in 2004. She has an extensive and up-to-date knowledge of hearing devices and technology, which helps in building trust with clients. She is passionate in providing personalised hearing solutions for clients, so that they can regain connection with loved ones and friends. She cares about her patients and through listening, creates solutions to address personal needs to maximize their quality of life. Yin is also fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin and is able to conduct consultations in these languages.
Besides working as an Audiologist, Yin is dedicated to contributing to the community in areas of foster care, mental health and humanitarian projects locally and overseas. Yin is married to Joe Chen, the owner and Optometrist of Rowville Eyecare who consults in the same clinic. She is a devoted mother of 2 young children, and loves spending time with family and friends.
At Rowville Hearing, our customer service team also comprises of Tania McIntyre, Samantha Pierce and our director Eddie Wong, who upon your arrival are always ready to welcome you and provide you with the outmost friendly service.
