Referring your patients to us is easy. If your patient has discussed hearing loss with you or you feel that your patient may be suffering from hearing loss and they are eligible to receive services under the Australian Government's Hearing Services Program, all you need to do is complete and sign a hearing services voucher application form for them.If your patient is not eligible to receive services under the Australian Government's hearing services program then you can simply refer them to us by filling out one of our referral forms or by giving your patient a referral letter that they can present to us at their appointment.
